Multicultural Fall Festival

King Irving Neighborhood Association, Friends of Forest Avenue Library and others are planning an annual multicultural fall festival.  The event is scheduled for September 9 at Evelyn Davis Park from 11-2.  There’s a parade beginning at 10:30 preceding the event.
