Our Board of Directors is made up of passionate community leaders who believe in the power of reading to change lives. Each member brings unique experience and dedication to advancing Everybody Wins! Iowa’s mission, connecting children with caring mentors who inspire confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of books.

As a mentoring organization, we know that meaningful relationships make all the difference. Through weekly one-on-one reading sessions, our volunteers help students strengthen literacy skills while building trust, consistency, and connection. Guided by our Board, Everybody Wins! Iowa continues to grow its impact across Central Iowa—creating more opportunities for children to feel supported, valued, and excited about learning.
